It is always important to replace filters and keep vents and air-flow ducts clean and unobstructed. Adjust vent louvers and duct dampers to get the desired distribution of air to all parts of the house.

There are a variety of heat sources available. Gas, hot water or steam, electric, solar, heating oil, and the most popular is the heat pump. The heat pump is a system that draws heat from the air to generate cool air, sending cool air one way and hot air the other. Depending on the time of year you use one of the air-flows to heat or cool your home.
